CTC: (Upto 3.5L Fixed salary) + allowances and attractive incentives.

JOB Profile

*Will be directly responsible to Recruit, lead & guide a team of Financial Consultants.
*Imparting Sales & Product training to the team of Financial Consultants.
Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the team.
*Following up with the Financial Consultants for new business opportunities and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
*Accompany the Financial Consultants and demonstrate successful sales skills.
*Overseeing the development of Financial Consultants.
*Execute the Team Sales targets and there by achieving one's individual target.
